We recommend the below flight guidelines for a seamless and elevated travel experience. Following these recommendations ensures you fully benefit from the planned itinerary and included services. Guests are responsible for booking their own flights, however our team is here to assist you with any questions.

 

Departing Flight Recommendations:

Please plan to arrive in Tel Aviv at the Ben Gurion Airport by 4:00 PM (Israel time) on Wednesday,

October 7, 2026. We recommend selecting flight routes that connect through Europe.

 

Return Flight Recommendations:

Please schedule your departure no earlier than 1:00 AM (Israel time) on Friday, October 16, 2026, from Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport. We recommend booking return flights with EL AL Israeli Airlines for direct service to the United States.

 

Your tour package includes luxury accommodations and private airport transfers aligned with these arrival and departure windows. For participants wishing to extend their stay before or after the tour dates, we would be delighted to assist with recommendations; however, any additional arrangements outside the scheduled itinerary will be at your own expense.
