*Participants staying in a single room incur a room supplement of $2,615

cancellation details
Cancellations before February 4th, 2026, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations before April 4th, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.
Any cancellations after that point will not receive a refund.
*Deposits are non-refundable and will not be returned at any point.
